A 90-minute broadcast in 1080p with captions, restreamed to one other platform, four times a month.
No. You pay only for the minutes you stream. There is no subscription, no per-user fee and no charge per viewer.
From the moment a stream starts until it ends, rounded up to the next whole minute. Each stream that starts is billed for at least 15 minutes. A stream that never starts, or fails before it starts, costs nothing.
On the 1st of each month, we charge your card for the previous month’s streaming. If you streamed nothing, there is no charge, and an amount under 50 cents is added to the next month’s bill instead. You can see each stream and what it cost at any time, in the console or through the API.
No. A broadcast costs the same whether ten people watch or a hundred thousand.
We email you right away and try again over the next seven days. Your streams keep working during that week. If the bill is still unpaid after the last try, new broadcasts can’t be booked or started until it’s paid; a broadcast that is already live is never cut off. Pay from the Billing page in the console, with the card on file or a new one, and streaming resumes immediately.
